Description
x- THREE PRESETS, ONE TOUCH: Tap 96°C for light roasts, 93°C for medium, 91°C for dark — the three temperatures that matter most in pour-over. Or set your own anywhere from 40°C to 100°C in 5°C steps.
- MEASURED FLOW, EVEN EXTRACTION: The slender gooseneck spout delivers a slow, unbroken flow of roughly 2–6 ml per second, against 8–15 ml from an ordinary kettle. That control is what lets you saturate a coffee bed evenly for a clean, balanced cup.
- ADJUSTABLE KEEP WARM: Keep Warm is fully adjustable from 10 minutes to 2 hours in 10-minute steps. Set it for a single cup or a slow Sunday morning, and it holds your temperature until you are done.
- DUAL DISPLAY: The LED display shows your target temperature and the actual water temperature at the same time, so you always know exactly where the brew is. A mute button silences the alerts for early mornings.
- PRECISE POUR, SAFE BUILD: The slender gooseneck spout gives a slow, controlled stream for even extraction. 1100W heating, automatic shut-off, boil-dry protection, and a 1-year warranty.
